You have several email addresses at various ISPs? No problem, with Conkret Web@Mail, you can control your entire mail traffic central. Conkret Webmail
is provider-independent and works as a local mail program with POP3 and IMAP without slow collecting services.
Conkret does not offer you a free e-mail address financed by advertisements but a service for your existing addresses.
Read and organize your business emails at home or answer your private mails at your workplace!
Make use of IMAP, the modern standard for e-mail, then your in- and outbox at home and at Conkret will be identical!
Conkret Web@Mail is fully compatible with almost all ISPs: AOL, Arcor, 1und1, Compuserve, ePlus, Freenet, Ginko, GMX, Google Mail, Hotmail Plus, Strato.
T-Online, Versatel, Vodafone, Web.de, Yahoo ...
But most other vendors are supported directly by Conkret.

You need no external software to look at your Office files, images, music or videos. So you always have immediate access to the attachments of your mails.

Only in our free service there are tips concerning our own interests.
Furthermore the total lack of advertising is an important aspect of data protection, as no data is given to third parties – advertising is particularly interested in user profiles.
Conkret Web@Mail works without software installation on any Internet-enabled computer and smartphone.
You dont't need to install any software and with the advantage of its integrated document viewer you have direct access to the attachments of your mails. So you stay flexibel even on the move!
Conkret supports both IMAP and POP3, so you can fully manage any mailboxes.
Your mails are retrieved automatically every five minutes and the inbox actualized. Thus you get your new mails immediately.
Without the use of slow collection services, the management of multiple mailboxes is comfortably possible.
Conkret can be used in 28 languages.
In addition Conkret supports all languages in your mail, because all international character sets are implemented.
The internationalization of outgoing messages is done automatically by the use of Unicode (UTF-8).
All messages and all attachments are checked for known viruses, worms, trojans etc. Malicious code is disabled so you can read all your mails
protected.
Incoming spam can be deleted automaticaly by a multi-stage spam filter which will take individual preferences and exemptions on a Black- and Whitelist into account.
Conkret does not create any user profiles to use for advertising purposes.
There is no automatic, half-automatic or manual filtering or evaluation of your mails for advertising purposes as is customary at other mail providers (e.g. automized at Google Mail, Hotmail or Yahoo! Mail).
Conkret does not pass on any data to third parties!
For the protection of your privacy Conkret blocks data like pictures externally linked to mails.
Forget the restrictions of other Webmail providers. The maximum mail size of incoming or outgoing mails is 100MB.
The number of messages and the size of your mailbox is not limited by Conkret, but depends on the restrictions of your provider.

Privacy
Of course we take care of the privacy of your personal
data. In particular a web-based e-mail service must comply with the conditions
of data protection requirements, because the increasing flood of spam and
the increasing commercialization of personal data by advertising are the
negative aspects of modern society.
Conkret collects, processes
and uses personal data of an user without further consent, only if necessary
for purposes of payment and justification of contracts.
• Which data will be stored?
In general Conkret does
not store personal data, if you have not consented explicitly like in the
registration process. Data will only be saved in accordance with statutory
provisions for internal statistics and will be deleted after interpretation.
For justification of a contractual relationship (e.g. MyConkret) name, address,
date of birth, e-mail address, phone number and appropriately, bank account
and password from the user are needed.
In addition, voluntarily further data, for example in an address book, may
be stored. These data are erased at the end of the contractual relationship.
Customer data stored in the registration process will be deleted one year
after the end of the contractual relationship.
Conkret passes no data to third parties and guarantees that your incoming
and outgoing mails neither be filtered nor saved, or otherwise be monitored!
For this service Conkret must deal with your login-data and your e-mail
password. Conkret guarantees that all sensitive data are stored in an encrypted
form.
Upon request Conkret gives free of charge and immediately information about
the stored data to the user. This information may also be issued electronically
on requirement.
• Categorization of mails
The content of your mails
are not, as customary for other providers, categorized for advertising purposes.
Of course we create no user profiles or similar, for which purposes ever.
• Link tracking, click evaluations, opening rates, click-through-rates and
similar practice
Link tracking systems,
which nowadays are used for personal data collection in e-marketing, are
not used by Conkret. The same applies to click evaluations, opening rates
or click-through rates, which in commercial mails are used to register clicks
on a link or opening the mail.
There is currently no system available that is capable to stop such practice.
• Cookies
Conkret uses cookies for
this service. The login sets, if the user wishes, a cookie with his username,
his mail server and the server type (POP3, IMAP, TLS) for a simpler login
next time.
Furthermore session cookies are used. Conkret recommends to accept these
cookies.
• Usage data
Like any other provider
we are obliged by law to save the logs of this HTTP service.
Usage data, such as traffic data and information on the beginning, end and
extent of using this service, will only be collected, processed and used
where necessary to run this service. For privacy purposes and to prevent
abuse, the user's IP address, the e-mail address and the date of the last
access (login) were logged
Under the statutory provisions Conkret is entitled to process information
from this data to law enforcement agencies and courts for purposes of prosecution.
• Advertising
Any use or disclose of
your data for advertising purposes will not take place and is contrary to
our philosophy.
• Miscellaneous
Conkret specifically points
out that privacy and data security for data transfers in open networks like
the internet can not be guaranteed on the current state of technology. For
the safety and security of data transmitted to the internet, the customer
is fully self-care.
Please note that already displaying an external image or clicking on a link
in a mail may result in violation of privacy or data protection.
